Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are typically 7–15 business days after processing.

Some products may ship directly from one of our trusted fulfillment partners. Because we work with multiple suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because items are shipped separately.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you.

Emalyn & Bloom is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to help you resolve any shipping concerns.
